UCR's Block Party

Ummm. I'm so excited I don't even know what to say.

UCR [UC Riverside] 's annual Block Party is
going down, this Friday September 25, 2009.
It's kind of like a carnival/fair with booths
[foods, games, products etc.]
from different clubs and also live performances!!
I'm going to let the flyer

and rap legend: Talib Kweli.

Harvard University CLOTHING LINE!?

Yessir. or Yesmaam, you read correct.
Harvard University famous
for their credentials in Law; located in
Massachusetts are launching their
own clothing line.
They've signed a ten year licensing deal to
become Harvard Yard.

Although I think their clothes are fashion
forward [reminds me of Jonas Brothers]
I think they're just placing their name on
some plain quality company
to suck all types of money out of the
public.

Forever 21 - DREAM VERSION.

Soooooooo, about a month ago
in downtown Riverside at the Plaza...
They took the big ugly Gottschalks down
and did something useful with it!!!

formerly:

They turned the WHOLE, i think 3 floor
building into a FOREVER 21!!
I haven't been there yet
but I'm planning on going soon
and clearing the store out!
I'm so excited. You guys should
check it out.

As some of you guys know, I wrote a song in response to
Jay-Z's Run This Town.
It's very controversial I understand but
somethings that needed to be said were said.
I'm sure you've all heard at least a tad bit
about Jay-Z being involved in the Illuminati,
being a devil worshiper, or thinking about
himself as God etc.
If you aren't aware of what I'm even talking about,
this might explain a little more.

Kid Cudi : THE man on the moon.

I wasn't even going to get on this
topic but Kid Cudi has converted me
into one of his biggest fans.
He deserves some sort of recognition.
His lyrics make me think a little more,
his songs make me groove a little more,

Please allow me, to introduce HIM, call him WALE don't say WAL-EE.

To be frank and honest,
I had big doubts about this man.
His music seemed mainstream, and there
seemed to be a lot of hype for nothing at first.
But of course, I do not like to judge
unless I give it a try so I snuck a preview of his music;
and I got to admit, he is one of my new
fond artists.
Wale is lyrically addicting
with his wits and distinctive style.

I Scream, You Scream, We ALL Scream for LADY GAGA!!!

So, I might as well start with the person who mostly
inspired me to blog. lol.
Although this topic is old and tired, I still feel the
need to put in my two cents about this woman.

Lady GAGA's performance at the VMA was
very impressive. Very creative and crazy just like her.


Her outfits, I probably don't need to comment on.
There is absolutely no doubt that
she's fearless when it comes to the harsh world
of hollywood.



I still can't find the picture of my favorite outfit of hers.
The birdnest on her face. lol if anyone finds it please

At the end I must say I respect Lady Gaga for her
boldness. In a world where artists are
not allowed to express themselves whether it comes
to their own music, wardrobe or what they have to say, she
completely broke some boundaries. Not only does she
design her own costumes, she is not afraid
to show the world what she's about.
